For the board or management of an organisation to be satisfied that anti-corruption measures have been properly implemented.
For a bidder on a project to provide evidence to a project owner or funder that it has taken reasonable steps to prevent corruption in its organisation. This could enhance the attractiveness of the bidder to the project owner or funder.
For a procurement authority to satisfy itself and provide evidence to the public that it has taken reasonable steps to prevent corruption in all public sector projects within its remit.
For a project owner to satisfy potential project funders and other project participants that it has taken reasonable steps to prevent corruption on the project.
For a project funder to satisfy its board that it is funding projects where proper anti-corruption measures have been implemented.
For an organisation which is being investigated or prosecuted for corruption, to provide evidence that it took reasonable steps to prevent corruption in relation to the situation being investigated.
For an organisation which has been convicted for corruption, to provide evidence that it has taken reasonable steps to remedy the situation.
